Standard configuration:

Tanks and Cart:

Ø Caustic tanks  and acid tanks with bottom outlets

Ø Cart made out of stainless steel framing to accommodate the two tanks, the heating tube, and the control panel. Cart has four wash down casters for mobility.

Ø In-line heater for caustic

Ø Separate sanitizer line to prevent cross contamination with the caustic

Ø Directional valves for recirculating and transferring to the tanks to be cleaned

Ø CIP output connection via 1.5” TCCIP return connection via 1.5” tri clamp

 

Heating System:

Ø The heating pipe is located in the caustic tank

 

Control Panel :

Ø Temperature controller (for controlling the recirculation temperature)

Ø In tube liquid present sensor / temperature probe assembly (prevents element from running dry)

 

Pump:

Ø Variable speed CIP pump with wash down motor mounted on the frame

Ø Standard 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300L caustic tanks. Custom sizes available for any size brew house - just ask!

Ø Innovative in-line heater maintains caustic temp to set temperature

Ø A separate sanitizer line prevents cross-contamination between the sanitizer and caustic fluids

Ø Directional valves for recirculating and transferring to the brew tank

Ø 1.5" tri-clamp connections standard on all sizes

Ø heating element is GFCI protected for the safety of you, the brewery, as well as the equipment

Ø Digital temperature controller

Ø Variable speed pump

Ø Inline liquid sensor & temperature probe assembly prevents dry-firing of heating elements
